4. Only serious buyers, strictly no back outs, or else will be blacklisted and orders in the future will not be entertained.
5. Items are sold on a first PAY first serve basis.
6. In cases of multiple demand, item will be sold to buyer who can make payment first.
7. Items sold are NOT refundable and exchangeable
8. Items are restock from supplier based on our schedule.
9. Advance payment are needed for restock items. Full refund will be made if item is not restockable.
